The Panola College women's basketball team is kicking off their season with a pair of home games this Friday and Saturday. The Classic will take place in A.J. Gymnasium hosting a total of four teams.

Head Coach Eddie Kite is excited about the upcoming season. A revamped roster that has shown great potential during preseason workouts and three scrimmage dates has given Kite high hopes for the Fillies Basketball program.  Nine new Fillies and a new, young, energetic assistant coach has brought life to a program that has been more competitive than the past two seasons.

Today's venue will see Jacksonville College take on Southern University at Shreveport at 5:00 pm followed by Panola College against 903Elite at 7:00 pm.  Saturday's slate will have Jacksonville College playing 903Elite at 12:00 pm followed by Panola College taking on Southern University at Shreveport.
