Colby Price, a sophomore outfielder from Nederland Texas and University of Texas at Arlington commit was awarded PLAYER OF THE YEAR honors for his performance this season.   In 209 at bats Colby collected 94-hits with 7-double, 1-triple, 15-homeruns, 66-runs batted in, 38-walks, and a whopping .450-batting average.  

Logan Bailey a sophomore pitcher from Hallsville Texas and Louisiana Tech University commit was awarded PITCHER OF THE YEAR honors for his efforts on the mound.  Logan led the league in almost every category for pitching.  In 15 appearance and 81-innings pitched he collected a league high 12 wins and only 2 loses while striking out 104 batters with only 18 walks and a 2.44 era.

Duke Ellis a freshman outfielder from Nacogdoches Texas was awarded FRESHMAN OF THE YEAR honors.  Duke who can flat out fly in the outfield had an outstanding freshman campaign.  He hit a .415 clip, collected 81-hits in 197 at bats, 17-doubles, 5-triples, 4-homerus, with 26-walks and only 16-strikeouts.   

Michael Lawson a freshman infielder from Conroe Texas received FIRST TEAM SECOND BASEMEN honors for his performance in 2017. Mike hit .423 in 132 at bats with 11-doubles, and 26-walks with only 11-strikeouts. 

Taylor Tomlin a sophomore pitcher from Center Texas and Abilene Christian University commit received FIRST TEAM PITCHER awards.  Taylor made 13 starts and collected 6 wins with losses in 70 innings pitched.  He struck out 51, walked only 9 batters with a 3.47 era.

Miles Dunn a sophomore pitcher from Conroe Texas also received FIRST TEAM PITCHER honors for his stellar campaign in 2017.  Miles saw the most appearances for the Ponies with 24 and pitched 39 innings while punching out 35 and only walking 6 batters. 

Chandler Morris a sophomore infielder from the Woodlands Texas and Texas A&M commit received SECOND TEAM honors for his efforts in 2017.  Chandler hit .317 in 209 at bats and collected 14-doubles, 1-triple, 7-homeruns, drove in 42 runs and scored 41 runs.
