College Rodeo National Finals Update

With only two nights remaining in the third round, the Panola College Rodeo team is primed to make a run at the National Championship.  Going into tonight's performance the men's team is sitting 4th in the Nation.

 
Saddle bronc rider, Michael Womack, has punched his ticket to the Saturday night finals.  He completed his third round on Tuesday night and is sitting back watching now to see where he will be seeded in the finals.  Currently he is #1 in average ranking and is 1 of 2 riders of the 17 riders that have completed the 3rd round to have ridden all 3 horses. 
 
Kolt Dement brought the capacity crowd at the Casper Event Center to their feet last night with his 3rd round bareback ride with the best ride of the rodeo.  He scored an 83 and moved to the top of the leaderboard for the round and is sitting #1 in average as he waits for the final two nights to complete.  
 
Macon Murphy, Kincade Henry, and Gauge McBride are up tonight to complete their 3rd round.  Kincade Henry posted a 9.7 in the first round of the tie down roping and won the second round with an 8.4.  Macon Murphy won the first round in tie down roping with an 8.1 run and had a 11.5 time in the second round.  Gauge McBride will complete his third round in the bareback tonight as well.  He posted a 75 and 78 in the first two rounds.
