CARTHAGE, Texas- The Fillies defeat Trinity Valley Community College in a thrilling five-set match on Monday, March 15th. The Cardinals jumped out early and took set one and two before the Fillies battled back and won the next three sets, (16-25, 23-25, 25-17, 25-23, 15-12). The Fillies are now 6-0 in conference. 

Leading the Fillies offense and collecting her second double-double on the season was Nyah Walker with 22 kills, 16 digs, and added three aces. Hannah Stallings and Sarah Kayadibi both contributed 13 kills on the night, while Kayadibi added six blocks and Stallings added one. Cassidy followed right behind with 12 kills and four blocks. 

Erin Perez had another 20-dig match with 28 on the night and nine assists. Jazmine Perez concluded the night with her fourth double-double with 54 assists, 14 digs, four kills, and two blocks. Chesney Baker adds 11 digs and Payton Jones adds 10 digs on the night to hold off the Lady Cardinals offense. 

No. 11 Panola Volleyball will be back in AJ Gym Thursday, March 18th, at 6 p.m. to face No. 12 Blinn.
