Week 12 Recap: 

In the twelfth week of the 2023-2024 season, the Fillies won another pair of back-to-back matches, extending their streak to 4 consecutive W’s. In their brief break from conference play, the Fillies beat East Texas Baptist University and followed that win with an overtime victory versus Kilgore College. The Fillies are now 12-11 overall and 5-5 in conference play.  

Panola College vs. ETBU.

Game Highlights:

  • Etaria Gibbons had a breakout performance with 15 points and 7 rebounds.

  • Destinee Moore had 14 points and 6 rebounds.

  • Ja’Nae Southall added 13 points and 4 assists.

Panola College vs. Kilgore College.

Game Highlights:

  • Tre’Anah Coppock scored an impressive 22 points accompanied by 8 rebounds. 

  • Destinee Moore had 18 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 blocks.

  • Ja’Nae Southall and Awa Fane both scored 16 points.

The Fillies continue Region XIV play as they take on Jacksonville College at home this Wednesday at 5:30pm. Followed by a rematch versus Trinity Valley Community College on Saturday the 24th at 2:00pm.
