CARTHAGE, TX - 

#13 Panola College Volleyball hosted #2 Blinn Junior College at home on Thursday, October 21st and lost in four sets (17-25, 12-25, 25-19, 21-25). 

Izabely Benjamin and Tamara Chavez led the Fillies offense, with both recording a double-double for the Fillies. Benjamin led the way with 14 kills, 12 digs, and three aces. Chavez added 11 kills, 11 digs, and one ace. Luisa Hoffman followed by recording eight kills, four digs, and four blocks on the night. 

Vitoria Mattos dished out 34 assists while recording eight digs and two aces. Erin Perez and Andressa Soares led the Fillies defense with both recording 13 digs each but it wasn't enough to push past the Lady Buccaneers. 

The Fillies return to action at home for Sophomore Night and Middle School Night on Tuesday, October 26th against Navarro Junior College at 6pm! The first 50 fans will recieve free cookies and popcorn!
