Prior to Panola:

TJ was named an All-Stater in Connecticut during his senior year at Harding High School in Bridgeton, Connecticut. He averaged over 18 points a game his senior year. This past season he played for Believe Prep in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Killings had a ‘Killer’ season as he was named one of the top combo guards in the country
