The Panola College Volleyball team drops to #9 Blinn College in three sets (21-25, 23-25, 21-25).

Makhai Lewis led the way with 13 kills with a hitting efficiency of .289. Lewis also added five digs and two blocks. Alejandra Villareal and Sara Zuluaga followed with Villareal recording nine kills with a hitting efficiency of .350 and Zuluaga with eight kills hitting an efficiency of .571. Villareal contributed nine digs and one block and Zuluaga with three digs and one ace.

Isabella Padilla dished out 35 assist while recording six digs and one block. Carmen Chatman led the Fillies defense with a career high 16 digs but it wasn't enough to push past the Lady Buccaneers.

The Fillies return to action against Tyler Junior College on Tuesday, September 26th in Tyler, Texas at 6 PM.
