Week 10 Recap: 

In the tenth week of the 2023-2024 season, the Fillies split a pair of tough conference matches, beating Tyler Junior College in a down to the wire thriller, and falling to No. 1 Angelina College. The Fillies are now 8-11 overall and 2-5 in conference play.  

Panola College vs. Tyler Junior College.

Game Highlights:

  • Tre’Anah Coppock led the fillies with 15 points and 8 rebounds.

  • Awa Fane added 12 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 3 steals.

  • Hannah Young contributed 9 points and 7 rebounds off the bench. 

Panola College vs. Angelina College.

Game Highlights:

  • Awa Fane scored 14 points accompanied by 5 rebounds. 

  • Hannah Young delivered a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds.

  • Na’Kaylyn Wells also had 11 points, with 6 assists and 5 rebounds.

The Fillies continue Region XIV play at home this week vs. Coastal Bend College on Wednesday the 7th at 5:30pm. They finish the week off with another home duel versus Paris Junior College , February 10th at 2:00pm.
