Week 11 Recap: 

In the eleventh week of the 2024-20245 season, the Fillies split a pair of conference matches, first beating Tyler Junior College and losing to #25 Blinn College. The Fillies are now 13-6 overall and 3-2 in Region XIV play.  

Panola College vs. Tyler Junior College.

Final Score: 72-64

Game Highlights:

  • Awa Fane led the fillies with an impressive 30 points, 4 rebounds, and 4 steals.

  • Hannah Carr had a solid contribution off the bench with 12 points, 6 rebounds, and 3 assists.

  • Na’Kaylyn Wells added 9 points, 4 rebounds, and 3 assists.

Panola College vs. #25 Blinn College.

Final Score: 53-64

Game Highlights:

  • Awa Fane scored 14 points, with 5 rebounds, 4 steals, and 3 assists. 

  • Na’Kaylyn Wells hit double figures with 10 points, 3 rebounds, and 3 assists.

  • Ja’Nae Southall added 9 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 assist.

The Fillies look ahead to next Wednesday where they will face Angelina College at home for a 5:30pm tipoff. The Fillies will also start February hoops at home versus Coastal Bend for a 2:00pm match on Saturday the 1st, concluding the first round of Region XIV play.
