Week 13 Recap: 

In the thirteenth week of the 2023-2024 season, the Fillies split a pair of conference matches, beating Jacksonville College and losing to Trinity Valley Community College. The Fillies are now 13-12 overall and 6-6 in conference play.  

Panola College vs. Jacksonville College.

Game Highlights:

  • Awa Fane nearly had a triple-double with 14 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists.

  • Na’Kaylyn Wells had 14 points, 6 assists and 3 steals.

  • Ja’Nae Southall added 13 points, 6 assists and 4 steals.

Panola College vs. Trinity Valley Community College.

Game Highlights:

  • Awa Fane scored 11 points and snagged 8 rebounds. 

  • Hannah Young had 10 points and 6 rebounds off the bench.

  • Ja’Nae Southall had 8 points, 3 assists and 2 rebounds.

The Fillies continue Region XIV play on the road twice this upcoming week as they face Blinn College, Wednesday, February 28th at 5:30pm, and Tyler Junior College on Saturday, March 2nd at 2:00pm.
