Week 16 Recap: 

In the sixteenth week of the 2024-2025 season, the Fillies went 1-1 in conference play. Beating #24 Blinn College at home for their annual Play4Kay game and falling to #15 Trinity Valley CC at home on Sophomore Night. 

Panola College vs. Blinn College.

Final Score: 65-51

Game Highlights:

  • Awa Fane had a dominant night with 23 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals..

  • Na’Kaylyn Wells had 15 points, 4 rebounds, and 2 steals.

  • Gloria Tony and Madison Caldwell combined for 18 points and 15 rebounds.

Panola College vs. Kilgore College.

Final Score: 61-65

Game Highlights:

  • Awa Fane led the Fillies with 18 points and 4 steals. 

  • Na’Kaylyn Wells had 16 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 steals.

  • Ja’Nae Southall added 7 points and 4 rebounds.

The Fillies look to cap off Region XIV play this upcoming Wednesday at Angelina College for a 5:30pm tipoff, before preparing for the Conference tournament set for March 11th-15th hosted at Lee College.
