Quantrell “Coach Q” Kemp joined Fillies women's basketball staff in July 2023 as an assistant coach after recent stints at Sierra Canyon High School and Abington Friends High School. He also served on staff with the Sports Academy Swish family on the EYBL circuit. 

Quantrell began his coaching career at Neumann Goretti High School from 2017 to 2019. During his tenure, he helped shape and mentor young athletes by instilling the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance

He honed his skills as a player during his time at Imhotep Charter High School in Philadelphia, PA from 2006 to 2010, where he showcased his talent and determination on the court.

After graduating, Quantrell continued his basketball journey at Community College of Philadelphia from 2012 to 2014 where he earned a Bachelors in Communications.
